Sleeps 4 | Bedrooms 2 | Bathrooms 2

Rangeview Cottage has had a fortunate life; an early 20th Century Queenslander worker’s cottage that was saved and restored by owners Sue and Justin, who relocated the property from the town of Esk to their acreage on a former dairy farm near historic Eumundi.

The restoration was a true labour of love, and no detail has been spared in highlighting the cottage’s Queenslander period charm - with its pretty internal fretwork, fireplaces, French doors, colourful leadlight windows, and wide wraparound verandah. The interior decor is exquisite with designer fabrics and wallpaper, antique furniture, eclectic artwork and vintage finds, sourced from auctions and hand-picked from markets and salvage yards.

The thoughtfulness that has gone into Rangeview Cottage’s transformation is evident, from the emerald green tiles that highlight the row of gorgeous windows above the farmhouse sink in the kitchen; to the elegantly furnished, luxury bathrooms with marble vanities, writing nook, and stylish wicker and cane outdoor furniture, all make this a special place to stay.

There are two bedrooms, with king beds and European pure linen bedding, and locally sourced quilts and pillows. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with Saya organic bathroom products made in Noosa. The kitchen is fully equipped, with Smeg stove and appliances and breakfast essentials and pantry staples for your use. Relax in the beautiful living and dining area, with wood burning fireplace, flowing to generous verandahs with outdoor dining space.

Surrounded by large established trees and gently sloping lush lawns, there are several outdoor spots to enjoy the garden, and the fabulous views of Mount Cooroy and surrounding hills & ranges. Rangeview Cottage is tucked away in the corner of your host’s property, ensuring a private, quiet retreat.
